Using the service
You may use Breakthrough IQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Breakthrough IQ is offered to customers in the United States only.
Audit outputs
Scores, observations, and roadmap materials are informational tools based on the information available to the service. They are not a promise of a particular business, financial, marketing, or operating outcome.
Purchases and access
The $97 Business Breakthrough Audit is non-refundable once it has been submitted or delivered. The $750 Breakthrough Blueprint Intensive is refundable when canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once or issued as account credit.
Intellectual property and feedback
The site, service materials, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them except as expressly permitted. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without an obligation to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
